The skills and practical knowledge I gained from the Supervisory Management course were excellent. All assignments were easy to follow and the course material and handouts provided were both practical and beneficial within the classroom, and in my work life. The course Tutor Frances Gallagher was extremely knowledgeable in her delivery, she was also very supportive in guidance of myself and my classmates throughout the learning. I would recommend anyone thinking of gaining additional knowledge in the area of Supervisory Management to undertake this course.

I just completed Training and Development Course Level 6 Online with Frances. Her delivery style is so easy to follow. Everyday we would learn something new and she kept us all engaged. Frances is a very unique Trainer in her delivery style and technique, I highly recommend any of Frances courses especailly Train The Trianer Fetac Level 6, which I completed with Frances myself. Just wanted to thank you for doing a great job as our Course Tutor. For keeping us all engaged and made every class interesting. Plus going above and beyond when the restrictions of Covid-19 came into effect mid-way through it. You set us up on Microsoft Teams and had a Zoom class every Thursday at our normal class time (thumbs up). The course was well run by Frances. I knew by Frances she had a love of what she was training. She paid a good interest in all our backgrounds. Frances got all of us involved and no one felt excluded.

Doing the course with Frances was actually a pivotal moment in my life. All my life I avoided public speaking of any sort and even fakedbeing ill for my thesis presentation rather than face presenting to a small panel of people I knew well. At the beginning of the course Frances had created such a caring atmosphere within the group that I felt comfortable enough to confide in Frances. Throughout theprogram she worked with me and tailored my strengths to support my fear and complete my first presentation without going to pieces. I have brought these skills with me and I work as a program facilitator delivering a variety of social skills programmes to people withspecial needs. I will never be a brilliant public speaker and I still get nervous but I am now doing this every day as part of my job. This is in no small part down to Frances who showed me how to build confidence by knowing my subject thoroughly practicing rigourously andabove all not taking myself too seriously. I am forever in your debt and I would urge anyone taking the train the trainer course who is inneed of specific support to at least speak with the guys at Lir before choosing a training course

I found the courses at Lir Business Training Centre to be a great learning experience. The small classroom sizes made learning feel oneon one and the ability to move at my own speed helped maintain interest.

The course I attended was very informative and helped a great deal Everyone thinks they know how to communicate but Lir opened my eyes on how many ways there are to communicate I would highly recommend Lir for any if not all of the courses you would like to take
