Training Aim:

To enable the Learner to gain an understanding of the telesales industry, and acquire the required skills for this industry, with the candidate learning how to represent an organisation effectively, work efficiently in the workplace, and both handle and respond to customer inquires and complaints.

Objectives:

  • Understand how to represent an organisation effectively

  • Understand the requirements for offering effective customer service
  • Acquire the necessary skills to listen, interpret and respond to customer enquiries/complaints
  • Develop good work practices in the working environment
  • Develop an awareness of the Telesales industry
     

Outline Training Plan:

The specific learning outcomes are grouped in 5 units.

Unit 1: The Telesales Industry
Unit 2: The Working Environment
Unit 3: Telecommunications Skills
Unit 4: Customer service
Unit 5: Database Management

 
Training Duration:

 
30 hours approx (depending on Learner's prior knowledge/existing skills).

  • All results are recorded on our database and comply with the Data Protection Act 1988.Project and Examination.
     

Assessment & Certification:

  • All assessment is devised by the Internal Assessor, with external modification by FETAC.

  • Assessment Briefs:

    • Assignment (1): 30%
    • Assignment (2): 20%
       
  • Grading: Pass 50- 64% Merit 65% - 79% Distinction 80-100%
