Training Aim:

To enable the Learner to gain and understanding and gain familiarity with the office environment.

Objectives:

  • Understand the role of the office in different types of organisations

  • Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform some routine office duties
  • Develop the inter-personal skills needed for working effectively in an office.
     

Outline Training Plan:

The specific learning outcomes are grouped in 3 units.

Unit 1: Role and Function of the Office
Unit 2: Practical Office Skills
Unit 3: Personal Skill

 
Training Duration:

 
20 hours approx (depending on Learner's prior knowledge/existing skills).

  • All results are recorded on our database and comply with the Data Protection Act 1988.Project and Examination.

  • All assessment is devised by the Internal Assessor, with external modification by FETAC.
